
When you think of Argentina, you probably first think of juicy steaks and asado—the grill ritual deeply rooted in the national identity. But the story continues with the aroma of chimichurri, layers of fire-roasted fresh peppers, savory empanadas, and slow, caramelized desserts. Everything is authentic, warm, and real.
Argentine cuisine is a fusion of European influences and Latin passion. French technique, Italian refinement, and Spanish colour—all brought together in a country where food is not cooked only with spices, but with values as well.
On June 12, we are preparing a special menu that will take you through different regions and flavours of Argentina—from the first bite of focaccia with lavender and butter, to the last drop of caramel flan with white chocolate ganache cream. Carefully selected cuts of meat—Prime Rib Eye and Short Ribs—will be the highlight of the evening, served with classic sauces and rich side dishes that complete the entire experience.
The menu is created by guest chef Lisandro Grossi—an Argentine gastronome who, through his brand Omnivore Ibiza, brings the taste of Argentina to the world, and now to us as well.
