Peruvian cuisine is considered one of the richest and most dynamic gastronomies in the world. Its roots are deeply shaped by the cultures of the Incas and further enriched by influences from Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, and African cuisines. This makes it unique, full of contrasting flavours, fresh ingredients, and dishes that are both simple and deeply complex at the same time.
As part of our ongoing vision to bring world flavours to the heart of Skopje, we are proud to announce Peruvian Days at Forza Fusion a themed gastronomic program taking place from May 9 to May 24. 9 до 24 мај.
For this special edition, we welcome two top chefs from Peru, founders of the international brand La Distribuzione. La Distribuzione.
Chef Benjamin, with his entrepreneurial energy, many years of experience, and deep understanding of natural ingredients, is known for spreading Peruvian gastronomy through masterclasses, presentations, and authentic recipes inspired by Andean traditions.
Chef Maluchi is the author of a cookbook, a designer of gastronomic concepts, and the creative voice behind La Distribuzione. Her style is instantly recognizable—emotional, warm, and visually powerful, making every dish a visual experience as well.
Founded in 2013, La Distribuzione is more than a gastronomic story—it is a cultural adventure. Through their Bodega Central, located in the heart of the Andes, they create gourmet products and specialties showcased across Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, and now exclusively in Skopje.
From traditional spreads and sauces to composed meals that blend South American flavors with the aesthetics of Italian design, La Distribuzione represents an experience that nourishes both body and soul.
From May 9 to May 24, every day from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Forza Fusion will host a specially created menu inspired by Peruvian cuisine, prepared by Chef Benjamin and Chef Maluchi themselves.
This is a rare opportunity to experience flavours that are not commonly found on our local scene, dishes that tell the story of Latin America, prepared with technique, passion, and extensive gastronomic knowledge.
